Palmwag Lodge

Diese Lodge gehört zu den ältesten in Namibia und dient Reisenden als willkommener Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Norden ins unwegsame Kaokoveld - auch für die Gravel Travel-Gäste, die die Lodge auf unseren Classic-, Silvester Special- und Kaokoveld-Touren kennenlernen. Unter den hohen Palmen dieser grünen Oase liegen die reetgedeckten Bungalows, auch Pool und Restaurant fehlen nicht. Eine besonders aufregende Erfahrung für die Gäste sind die Elefanten, die regelmäßig ganz nahe an die Lodge herankommen.

This lodge belongs to the oldest accommodations in Namibia, and numerous travellers have visited it on their way north towards the rough Kaokoveld. For the Gravel Traveller on our Classic, New Year special and Kaokoveld tours, it serves as a welcomed overnight stay as well. The cosy reed-chalets are shaded by the high palm trees of this green oasis where you will find a pool and restaurant, too. With the elephants coming by the lodge regularily, an especially exiting safari experience is guaranteed.
